HMA Public Mining Fleets

Description

HMA Public Mining Fleets are NPSI mining fleets that operate (almost exclusively) within Hek and the surrounding systems. They are open to anyone who chooses to follow the Fleet Rules and can be run by anyone who chooses to follow the Fleet Standards. Generally these involve High-Sec Asteroid, Ice, and Moon mining but that is up to the Bosmang. Although any pilot may take that role it is recommended that they participating in our Bosmang Accreditation program to ensure they have the knowledge and skills necessary to represent the HMA.

Purpose

HMA Public Mining Fleets are the cornerstone of the HMA. Their primary purpose is to advertise the HMA and pull in participants. In addition, they have the benefit of helping new pilots get some experience in fleet operations as well as some early ISK.

Challenges

The primary challenge of HMA Public Mining Fleets remains finding qualified pilots to run these fleets.
